Hyde Park Wine Society

Celebrating what the ocean offers us in the culinary world is our theme for this April’s Hyde Part Wine Society dinner on April 17 at 7PM. Join us for a four-course dinner by Executive Chef Bernard Bennett alongside wine pairings by 57th Street Wines‘ Sommelier Derrick Westbrook and our own wine specialist, Seth Haber. One carefully selected wine pairing will be available from Corsica, Canary Islands, Sicily, and Greece to accompany each dish.

The Hyde Park Wine Society convenes on the third Tuesday of each month to provide an interactive dining experience built around a monthly theme. Hearth Roasted Leg of Lamb

Dine solo, bring a date, or plan a grand feast for a large party! The hearth-roasted leg of lamb is served table side, and family-style for groups.

$45 per person includes:

  • 1 lb of sliced, hearth-roasted lamb leg per person
  • Nan’s baked beans
  • Cornbread
  • Truffled mashed potatoes
  • Trio of sauces, including lamb demi glacé, mint, and herb cream sauce

Serves from 1 to 15 people. For groups of 15 or more, please let us know and we’ll have a manager reach out to you. Please request yours at least 48 hours in advance. Orders may be placed by filling out this form.


Champagne & Caviar

Orders serve two caviar aficionados generously, or offer the perfect apertif course for four. Each reservation includes:

  • One bottle of PIPER-HEIDSIECK Champagne Brut Cuvee 1785
  • Chilled Remy Martin V eau-de-vie de vin
  • 1 oz of Black River Ossetra caviar with classic accompaniments, including blinis from the hearth, creme fraiche, pickled onion, egg, fine herbs, and seasonal house specialties
