The Promontory restaurant will offer several luxurious dining and drinking options for New Year’s Eve.

Executive Chef Andrew Graves has created a four course luxurious tasting menu featuring

Sturgeon Caviar, beet cured salmon, blini, creme fraiche
Foie Gras, roasted pear, endive, brioche
Roasted Bone-In Lamb Loin, truffle roasted potato, herb pistou
Chocolate Indulgence, hazelnut, gold

The four course meal is $75, and a wine pairing is available for an additional $25 per person. Each of the courses on the luxury tasting menu will also be available a la carte.

The Promontory bar will also feature an expanded selection of sparkling wines by the glass, including a Champagne Flight featuring wines from Ruinart and Moet. The champagne flight will feature three wines for $35.

In addition to these specials, the Promontory will serve our full a la carte dinner menu all night. The kitchen is open until 1am on New Year’s Eve and guests in the restaurant at midnight will enjoy a complimentary champagne toast.
