Enjoy sneak previews of new dishes, exciting plates based on exotic ingredients, and themed food and wine pairings as part of this dinner series that goes above and beyond our regular a la carte menu.

Sommelier Michelle Sallemi will pair wines or cocktails with every course (wine pairings additional). Several times a month, visiting winemakers, brewers and distillers show off special selections and cellar fines to pair with Chef Matt’s special menu.
